For cleaning glass products, PET bottles and cans
The high-performance linear rinser is used in the most diverse areas of the filling industry. It turns glass, PET bottles and cans through 180 degrees with continuous material flow, thereby facilitating optimum and rapid cleaning from inside. The products are cleaned using a choice of filtered, ionized air, steam or water and prepared for the filling stage. In addition to rinsing it is simultaneously possible to bridge height differences on the production line.

Especially hygienic
No edges: The products run through a round tunnel in which no residues remain. DMA linear rinsers are extremely hygienic and easy to clean.
High flexibility
The width setting of the DMA linear rinser is variable. It is suitable for all shapes and sizes of containers with a diameter of between 20 mm and a maximum of 350 mm.
Optimum product cleaning
A DMA linear rinser cleans products at a uniform pace. Optional rotary nozzles generate a hurricane inside the product – for even better particle removal.
Lower maintenance
Alongside particularly long service life our linear rinser also has extremely low maintenance requirements. Where necessary we supply spare parts quickly and reliably.
Intensified cleaning effect
A central height adjusting unit for the sprayer lance means the distance between the product opening and sprayer unit can be varied.
